Set and maintain Geberit Management System. Maintain GMS flow chart database in China.
Help process owner to establish and optimize process. Organize the process maturity assessment, help to optimize the GMS.
Organize internal GMS audit, make yearly audit plan, implement audit, isssue audit report, follow up corrective action.
Support external system audit, coordinate and follow up corrective and preventive action.
Responsible for external product certification, process audit, coordinate and follow up corrective and preventive action.
Prepare the input for Management review. Make yearly management system report.
Organize internal GMS training in whole company.
In charge the SAP/OA system management for quality department.
Assist Head of Operations for lean production(CIP,5S,TPM etc.)
Support Supplier audit
Finish the tasks designated by higher supervisor.
Engineer bachelor degree.
3 year Quality System Management experience.
