| Opening of the Geberit Shanghai Flagship Store |

As an official sign of entering the Chinese sanitary retail market, the 1st Geberit Flagship Store in Shanghai at the CIMEN Sanitary & Ceramic Market, Yishan Road, will be opening on Sep 26, 2009. The store will mainly focus on the Geberit sanitary systems, with the most distinguished concealed installation system as its main product offer.
About 30 VIP guests from the industry, including representatives from decoration firms, designers and trade media, will be invited to the opening ceremony, and celebrate this important moment together with Geberit.
Under the Geberit brand, this flagship store is a milestone for the Geberit strategy in China. It is much more than just a Point of Sales for retail, but also an impressive showcase and convenient meeting point for receiving target customers, including clients from Geberit’s project and OEM businesses. At the same time, our brand PR and promotion will also benefit from this store by utilizing it as the physical platform for promoting Geberit to designers, architects and other key decision makers.
Together with the grand opening, Geberit is launching a specific promotion campaign for introducing the “Sigma” actuator plates, designed by Christoph Behling, well known product designer in Europe.
