National Distributor Meeting in Xiamen

From Feb. 20 to Feb. 21, 2009, the National Distributor Meeting of Geberit China (Business Unit Piping & Sanitary Systems) was held at the Sofitel Hotel in Xiamen. Representatives from the top 40 distributors across the nation, the Geberit regional office managers, as well as the heads of central functional departments have participated this annual grand gathering. With "The Way to Success" as the theme, this year's distributor meeting is communicating everywhere a clear message of motivation and passion - from the facilities setting to the program design. This is especially important for the distributors while the macro economical difficulties are impacting almost everywhere the business confidences.

And Geberit prepared more than just the empty words. The highly compacted 2-days program includes not only the 2009 Sales & Marketing strategy, the distributor policy, the New Product introduction, the customer training programs, but also highly practical sales skills, partly also in the forms of best practice sharing and interaction, delivered by distributors themselves. – No doubt that the atmosphere was kept highly active. And the feedback statistic at the end showed the public opinion: 97% of participants evaluate the meeting as "highly satisfied" or "satisfied", while 100% participants confirm the meeting as "met -" or "basically met the expectations".
