| New land purchase for production expansion in China |

In May 31, 2005, a signing ceremony of land purchase was held in Daishan China. Group CEO Mr. Baehny and CFO Mr. Iff joined the ceremony. With Chinese prosperous construction industry and Geberit increasing market penetration, there is an increasing demand for our production in China to meet the increasing sales demand. The expansion of our production in Daishan will help us to further strengthen our after-sales service. With this additional land of 13,700 sqm, a much bigger scale factory with high production of quantity and quality in Eastern China will be expected in near future. |
