“Growing together” is based on the win-win principle and aims for continuous improvement leading to excellence. Geberit China has a professional training system to meet employee’s requirements for specific skills, product knowledge and management competence.
We pay high attention to the talent development in the company. For high potentials, we are offering an on-job management training overseas. Candidates participating in this program will be put into the international trainee team, accomplish the scheduled courses, practice assigned tasks, and take the chance to communicate with Group Board Members face to face.
Besides, we are offering interesting short-term job rotations called “Job Flash” (approx. 2 days) and "Project Bourse” (3 to 12 months): For a limited period of time, employees can work in a different department. Experience how enriching it can be to get involved in a new occupational environment. Your open-mindedness will help you evolve your personality. And not least, you will gain a better understanding of your colleagues’ needs and concerns.
