Today, Geberit is active in more than 15 countries in this region, with our Asia Pacific regional headquarter located in Shanghai – at the same time also the head office for China , and 4 further regional offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Seoul, and Sydney. Geberit Asia Pacific employs in total more than 700 people and serves with its products Asian and overseas markets.

As a pioneer and market leader in sanitary and piping systems, Geberit provides solutions for handling of water in buildings, be it by supply pipes, drainage pipes, concealed cisterns, electronic faucets and other products used for safe and hygienic handling of water.

Geberit demonstrates its commitment to the growth market in Asia Pacific by investing into a new regional headquarter facility in Nanxiang / Shanghai. The project includes a modern production infrastructure, new office spaces and a training center tailored to the needs of the customers. The new buildings will also house spacious development and testing laboratories for the regional Research and Development Competence Center. The total investment amounts to approximately CHF 20 million. The new premises are expected to be available for occupancy at the end of 2009.
