It is our pleasure to announce that Mr. Frank Chen, manager of our Business Unit Piping / Sanitary (BUPS) has been offered to join the Geberit team in the Headoffice in Switzerland early next year. His new function will be announced in due time. We congratulate Frank to this honourable appointment and wish him great success. In his new function he will continue to serve the future development of our company. We take the opportunity to express our appreciation and thanks to Frank Chen for his hard and engaged work in developing BUPS in China. We have been going through a period of important changes and we have made considerable progress within the China market. Frank Chen will resume his responsibility for BUPS in China until the end of 2005 .

Mr. Edward Qiao will join our company in China on 12 December 2005 and he will take over the responsibility for BUPS on 1 January 2006 . Mr. Edward Qiao is an experienced manager and has served his former European-based construction-related company for many years as Chief Representative for China. We are confident that BUPS will further develop under the new leadership and we are looking forward to continue the fine cooperation with our many business partners.
