Frequently asked Questions

Who should I contact if I have other questions about the application?

You can find the contact person listed in the job announcement or on our Careers web site under Contacts.

Does Geberit offer apprenticeships and thesis research opportunities?

Have a look at our page for students & apprentices or for university students & higher education graduates for all the relevant answers.

Is it worthwhile to submit an unsolicited application?

By all means! We are very interested in good applicants, even if no suitable position is open at the moment. Before we announce a job opening, we always look through the flagged applications.

How does the application process work?

First you receive a confirmation of receipt, and your informative application documents are reviewed. If we are impressed by your application, you will be invited to a personal interview with department supervisors and a member of Human Resources. Personal impressions are important to us. The direct interview offers the opportunity of getting to know you better, and at the same time you also learn more about us.

Depending on the position to be filled, you will be invited to a second interview or to an Assessment Center.

How should I submit my application documents?

Your application should contain: a letter in which you introduce yourself in brief and present your motivation for starting at Geberit, a tabular resumé and copies of your most important educational and work certificates, preferably with your photograph.

It is up to you whether you apply online or by mail. The contact data can be found under Contacts.
